Overview

Head Chef – Llama Inn at The Hoxton, Shoreditch. The Hoxton is looking for a Head Chef to lead Llama Inn in our Shoreditch location.

Job Description

What you’ll do…

  • Lead a large and dynamic kitchen team
  • Drive innovation and create a culture of menu development while delivering the restaurant’s menu framework with a backbone of simple and classic favourites
  • Put guest and team experience at the heart of your work; lead by example, keep the team involved and motivated, empower and support them to deliver top Hoxton experiences for guests, and be approachable for questions
  • Manage kitchen costs, including labour, while maintaining the quality and integrity of the menu
  • Drive innovation and create a culture of menu development
Qualifications
  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar Head Chef role in a busy environment with freshness and provenance of ingredients as a key priority
  • Proven track record managing large kitchen teams
  • A true passion for creativity while maintaining the integrity of our brand standards through the dishes on the menu
  • Natural leadership; you lead by example and create an environment where your team can be their best
