Qualifications

• Experience working within an automated manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead and coach teams effectively.
• Experience in machine operation and fault-finding.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and allocate tasks within the filling area to meet production objectives.
• Motivate and train filling operatives on production best practices.
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
• Document maintenance, cleaning records, and risk assessments.
• Ensure adherence to Current Good Manufacturing Practice and 5s standards.
• Identify and complete lean six sigma improvement projects.

Skills

Excellent communication and rapport building skills

Experience working within an automated manufacturing environment

Ability to lead and coach a team

Demonstrable experience of machine operation

Strong IT skills, including working with ERP systems

Hands-on, can-do attitude
