Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to provep>

The Role:

As our Guest Services Coordinator at Estelle Manor, you will act as a point of contact for Guest Services, and coordinate closely with the Reservations, Reception and Guest Relations departments. Providing an exceptional guest experience, you will assist in completing financial and administrative responsibilities throughout the day in an efficient and positive manner. With a genuine passion for guest services, and a confident and enthusiastic demeanour, you will be an ambassador for the Guest Service teams here at Estelle Manor.

Who are we looking for?
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are able to build strong working relationships, communicate clearly with colleagues and guests, and work effectively across departments.
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities comfortable managing multiple tasks, prioritising effectively, and maintaining attention to detail in a fast paced environment.
  • Commitment to exceptional guest experience. You take pride in delivering a high standard of service, anticipating needs, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests and colleagues.
  • Proactive and solution focused. You demonstrate initiative, a positive attitude, and the ability to think ahead and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Confident computer and systems user with Microsoft Office suite, Outlook and Excel in particular. Training can be provided for organisational specific systems.
  • Experience in a luxury hospitality setting would be highly advantageous.

The on target earning potential for this role is £35,500 per annum per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £32,500, plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge.
