Job summary

A leading agronomic services provider in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking an Agronomy Sales Account Manager to support farmers with trusted advice. The ideal candidate will have a foundation in agronomy, preferably sales experience in the field, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include developing customer relationships, promoting services at events, and maintaining customer records. Qualifications

  • A strong foundation in agronomy is desirable.
  • Experience in sales, preferably in agronomy.
  • Valid Class G license with clean driver's abstract.
  • Willingness to obtain CCA designation if not already certified.

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary contact for current customers.
  • Develop new customers for agronomic services.
  • Promote services through trade shows and crop meetings.
  • Provide marketing ideas for products and services.
  • Maintain and update social media.
  • Participate in training activities.
  • Keep records of customers and expenses.
