A global travel management company is seeking a Group Air Consultant to handle booking for large events. This role requires strong airline knowledge and negotiation skills, managing group travel from 10 to over 2000 attendees. Responsibilities include financial management, communication with clients and suppliers, and ensuring high-quality service. A minimum of 1-3 years in group or individual flight bookings is preferred. Work includes planning and executing travel as well as maintaining accurate data management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in Group or Individual Flight booking.
• Previous group or business travel experience preferred.
• Group and or published airline ticketing experience an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Management of multiple client’s events from 10 people up to 1000’s.
• Deliver outstanding service based on client Event Brief.
• Planning, coordination, and execution of group Air travel.
