A leading grounds maintenance provider is seeking Ground & Landscape Maintenance Operatives (Machine Drivers) in Bristol. Candidates will perform essential highway work, including hedge cutting and verge trimming. Experience in machinery operation is preferred, but training opportunities are available. The position includes competitive salary, full workwear, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Location: Almondsbury covering the M4/ M5 corridor
Salary: £27,000 - £31,000 dependant on experience (hourly pay of £13-15 plus Overtime opportunities)
Contract type: Permanent
Working hours: Mon - Fri 40 hours. Days & Nights dependant on rota
We are looking for skilled & enthusiastic GM & Landscape Operatives in Bristol & surrounding region to carry out important Highways work. You will need to have experience and be confident and qualified to drive agricultural vehicles. You will be responsible for hedge cutting and verge trimming on main roads across the region to maintain and transform outdoor spaces. Working as part of a team under the supervision of a Team Leader, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
Reporting remotely to the Staverton depot, your work will be based from Almondsbury and cover the M4 corridor (Severn Bridge to Wiltshire), main regional A roads & M5 north to Gloucester.
