This role sits at the core of a wider drive to modernise controls, align global processes, and build a more resilient security framework across the company.

The Opportunity

You’ll play a key part in how the organisation manages IT risk, ensures compliance with internal and external standards, and improves the overall maturity of its control environment. Belfast is becoming a strategic hub for the business, and this team is central to supporting both UK and US operations.
It’s an ideal role for someone who enjoys ownership, variety, and helping shape how a global business thinks about risk and governance.

  • Conducting IT risk assessments and helping teams implement practical improvements.

  • Working with internal audit, external auditors, and technical teams to assess and strengthen controls.

  • Managing segregation of duties and access-related risk areas as systems continue to scale.

  • Preparing reports and updates for senior stakeholders and supporting awareness across the wider business.

  • Contributing to ongoing process improvement as the company standardises systems across multiple regions.

  • A proactive operator who enjoys improving processes and working in an evolving environment.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • You’ll work closely with teams in the UK and US, gaining exposure to a global environment.

  • There’s a genuine opportunity to influence controls, remediation, and risk management practices.

  • The culture supports continuous development, training, and long‑term progression.
