Job summary

A leading LGBTQ+ charity is seeking a Grants and Partnerships Fundraising Manager to maintain and grow income through grant fundraising and corporate partnerships. This part-time role (2 days per week) supports the charity's fundraising strategy and requires proven experience in securing funding and managing relationships with various stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Hybrid/remote work options are available starting January 2026.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in securing funding through grants and trusts.
• Experience of developing and delivering successful fundraising activities.
• Ability to articulate a case for support confidently.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop a strong pipeline of grant opportunities.
• Write and submit high-quality grant applications.
• Manage grant reporting and compliance.
