Your role will be pivotal in creating technical materials that support our customers, partners, and the wider Darktrace community.This is a hybrid position, requiring 2 days per week in our Cambridge headquarters.**What will I be doing:**Key responsibilities include assisting end users, drafting technical material for various audiences, and collaborating with translators for multi-language support. Other responsibilities will include but not limited to:* Technical document writing, editing, and proofreading,* Curation of content and liaise with translators for multiple language support,* Documentation reviews and providing feedback.**What experience do I need:**We’re seeking individuals who are passionate about clear communication and continuous improvement.
