Step Into Teaching are working with a wonderful primary school in Willenhall (WV13) who are looking for a graduate with a passion to inspire children and help them by supporting across KS1 & KS2 with children of all abilities and join their team ASAP for the remainder of this academic year.

The Primary Teaching Assistant opportunity
  • Primary school based in Willenhall (WV13)
  • Full time – Monday – Friday
  • ASAP start for remainder of 25/26 academic year
  • £450 - £490 per week - term time only
  • Your chance to gain real classroom experience
The Primary Teaching Assistant must
  • Hold a degree (2:2 or above)
  • Experience working with children or young adults (desired)
  • Be able to motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential
  • Self‑motivated and flexible due to working across different levels
  • A vision for creating an exceptional place of learning
  • The ability to assist in evaluating individual pupils needs and progress
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Have the ability to build strong working relationships with a wide range of individual students

The ideal candidate may have some experience working across different age groups whether it be in an educational setting or otherwise.
