Location: Great Yarmouth

Are you a Psychology graduate looking to gain practical experience in a school? This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a specialist school supporting learners of all ages with additional learning needs and communication or social-emotional challenges.

Whether your goal is to become a teacher, educational psychologist, counsellor, or speech and language therapist, this role provides hands‑on experience and insight into supporting students who benefit from extra care and tailored learning support.

The Opportunity
  • Full‑time role, Monday – Friday
  • Support learners individually and in small groups
  • Work closely with teachers and support staff to deliver learning, care, and interventions
  • Salary: £480–£520 per week (term‑time only)
  • Start: November 2025 – July 2026
Key Responsibilities
  • Support learners in the classroom and during targeted sessions
  • Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions tailored to individual needs
  • Assist with learning goals and track learner progress
  • Provide emotional and social support, helping learners feel safe, motivated, and included
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to plan and deliver effective support
