Qualifications

• Graduate with a passion for working with children and young people with additional needs.
• Interest in teaching, SEN teaching, educational psychology, therapy, or mentoring.
• Must be based in or able to commute to South Yorkshire.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with students who have autism, ADHD, learning difficulties.
• Support small groups with tailored learning and emotional regulation.
• Deliver parts of the curriculum by tutoring/teaching small groups.
• Assist with communication strategies and social skills interventions.
• Build trusting relationships with students to encourage independence.
