Responsibilities

  • Help minimise project costs to ensure profitability and risk mitigation.
  • Build relationships and negotiate with trade contractors and client representatives.
  • Support site measurement and records, labour and plant returns.
  • Procure trade contract packages and assist with sub-contract procurement.
  • Measure and quantify works for cost plan validation.
