Graduate Programme - Systems Engineering
Engineered to protect. We protect what matters - our nations, our waters, our land, our cities, our people, our environment, our world.
The SEA Graduate scheme is a two-year programme starting in September 2026, designed to give you real responsibility from day one and a permanent job from day one. It will provide you with general operational, customer, commercial and people management exposure in key areas with smaller rotations across Production, Business Development, Project Management, Supply Chain and Finance to build on your broader skills.
As an SEA Graduate you will have the opportunity to become involved in real live client projects, learning as you go and making decisions that impact our business. You will have supported training workshops and development mentoring sessions to equip you with the skills you need to progress and develop your career within SEA. We believe this is the best way to give you the knowledge and experience you need to grow, unlock your talents, and prove your capabilities.
As a Graduate System Engineer at SEA you will be involved in the design, development and support of our products. You will be an integral part of the design, development, design proving, test, commissioning and in-service support of the equipment as part of a multi-disciplined team.
You will utilise state-of-the-art methods, technology and tools to explore all aspects of the development lifecycle: engineering analysis, requirements analysis, design, implementation, test, build and in-service support. There will be a need to interface with customers (internal and external) on many factors within the design and liaise closely with Engineers from all disciplines, Systems, Software, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
Your work, your contribution, deserves to be recognised and rewarded. Have a look at our top benefits below and click here to see everything we can offer you here at SEA:
