A leading engineering consultancy is looking for enthusiastic graduates to join their Ground Engineering teams across the UK. You will be involved in geotechnical investigations, design, and support construction supervision. Ideal candidates have a relevant degree and strong teamwork and analytical skills. This role offers a chance to work on high-profile projects and develop your expertise in ground engineering.

Our Geotechnical Engineers apply their specialist skills to buildings and infrastructure projects across the globe, covering transport, energy, water, resources, waste, land development, education, sports and leisure facilities, government/commercial and industrial buildings. As one of the world's leading building and infrastructure design consultancies, we deliver projects on time, on budget and sustainably.
We are looking for enthusiastic graduates to join our Ground Engineering teams across our UK offices. From day one you will work within a multidisciplinary office alongside experienced professionals, gaining a strong base in ground engineering and the chance to specialise in areas such as numerical modelling, seismic, risk, resilience or sustainability.
You will help deliver professional services for high‑profile clients, taking on increasing responsibility as you progress. The role involves desk studies, ground investigation, analysis & design, carbon management, construction supervision, monitoring and asset management.
Locations: Birmingham, Nottingham, London, Leeds, Sheffield, Cardiff, Southampton, Bristol, Belfast and Newcastle.
Start: September 2026 (subject to selection).
