Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in specification, procurement, implementation, and safe operations of electrical systems.
  • Coordinating electrical distribution systems across construction sites.
  • Ensuring compliance with safe systems of work.
  • Performing electrical commissioning and fault-finding.
  • Maintaining records of inspections and maintenance.
  • Supporting management of subcontractors working on electrical works.

Role Requirements
  • Assisting in specification, procurement, implementation and safe operations of all electrical systems required for project delivery
  • Coordinate electrical distribution systems requirements across all relevant construction sites.
  • Enabling compliance with safe systems of works
  • Ensuring electrical commissioning and fault‑finding on relevant machinery and equipment
  • Ensuring MSVs electrical commissioning and fault‑finding
  • Maintain all records of inspections and maintenance (planned & unplanned)
  • Participate & support in implementation of a planned preventative maintenance scheme and oversee the spare parts management, including the correct stock level of electrical consumables, etc.
  • Support in the management of specialist subcontractors undertaking electrical works on site
  • Support in implementation of the electrical operating safety procedures, including safe systems of work, risk assessments & method statements and task briefings associated with electrical distribution
