• Draft subcontracts for professional services.
• Identify insurance claims and understand coverage.
• Assess commercial risks and opportunities.
• Measure quantities according to standard methods.
• Support tender preparation processes.
• Help prepare valuations for payments.
• Utilize cost controlling systems.
