Team Role
  • Assisting professionals to produce detailed technical drawings, specifications and construction documents.
  • Collaborate in the preparation of planning applications, Building Regulation submissions and other project documentation.
  • After a period of probation and as your confidence grows, begin to operate more autonomously providing strategic advice allied to your professional background.
  • Work towards your professional qualification alongside your practical experience.
Individual Duties
  • Coordinating detailed design information.
  • Preparation of specifications, obtaining tenders and preparing contract documents.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, contractors and regulatory authorities.
  • Contributing to meetings and document preparation.
  • Contract administration, valuation and certification including chairing meetings with associated document preparation.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
Skills and Requirements
  • Graduate or undergraduate of Architectural Technology (anticipating minimum 2:1 for Graduate applications).
  • Aspiration and drive to work towards CIAT membership.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
  • Ability to work under own initiative and within a team setting.
  • Willing to travel by car and/or public transport in support of day‑to‑day work.
Knowledge of
  • MS 365 and Teams.
  • Basic CAD knowledge (full training given for our systems).
  • Good IT literacy.
