You’ll provide technical support, guidance, and documentation to ensure engines are correctly selected and installed to the highest standards, protecting both customer satisfaction and JCB’s reputation for engineering excellence.

  • Ensure customers understand and apply installation guidelines to achieve robust and compliant designs.
  • Support customers in planning installation sign‑off testing and validation.
  • Help review and approve final engine installations, working with customers to resolve any issues.
  • Retrieve data and prepare documentation to support application sign‑off and approval.
  • Apply JCB specifications and safety standards to ensure sound engineering design.
  • Provide input for internal engineering reviews (such as FMEA and DVPSOR).
  • Create and maintain documents to support instrumentation, testing, and sign‑off processes.
This will be suited to you if…
  • You have (or are working towards) a degree or HNC in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • You can plan and organise work effectively to meet deadlines.
  • You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
