Salary: £18,000 (during training), rising to £28,850 on completion of training and client placement

NETbuilder is a leading provider of digital solutions, software, consulting, and managed services. Since 1999, we have been delivering end-to-end solutions across Digital Delivery, Development, and Technology. We’re currently recruiting for Graduate AI Engineers to join us in August 2025.

The Training Pathway:

This is a fantastic opportunity to build on the skills and experience you've gained through your university degree whether that's from academic projects, internships, or self-learning alongside your studies.You’ll begin with a fully remote 8-week training programme, followed by placement with a prestigious client at their London office. You’ll build strong foundations in AI development and modern tooling, with training modules in:

• Python
• FastAPI
• LangGraph & LangChain
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and related tools

Whether you're already familiar with some of these technologies or starting fresh, our aim is to build your confidence and elevate your skills. Our hands-on programme combines technical training with professional consulting development to set you up for success in the AI industry. You’ll also receive ongoing support throughout your client placement.
