As Governance Manager, you’ll play a pivotal leadership role, ensuring the highest standards of governance, regulatory compliance, and assurance across Plus Dane. Reporting to the Director of Governance & Assurance, you’ll lead a talented Governance Team, supporting the Board, Committees, and Executive to deliver effective decision‑making and accountability.
This is a permanent role working 35 hours per week. Your main base will be either our office in Liverpool or Congleton.
You’ll be generously rewarded with a competitive salary and a great benefits package, including 35 days’ annual leave, plus bank holidays. This includes a 3‑day Christmas closedown between Christmas and New Year and you have the option to buy up to 5 extra days annually.
