A global airport services leader is seeking a Global Training Program Manager Cargo to develop training strategies for business initiatives around the world. The successful candidate will oversee the training process, collaborate with stakeholders, and design various training methods. The role requires strong project management skills, excellent training facilitation abilities, and a solid background in the aviation industry. Proficiency in English is a must, with additional languages preferred.

The Global Training Program Manager Cargo is responsible for developing and executing training strategies for prioritized business initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of training methodologies, strong project management skills, and expertise in deploying programs across multiple locations worldwide.
Translate training and related documentation for worldwide deployments
Strong communication skills, with the ability to professionally interact with a diverse blend of personality types at all levels of the organization
Customer centric, identifying and anticipating customer requirements, expectations and needs
Strong attention to detail and able to grasp the big picture
Change management knowledge and experience is highly desirable
Experience in aviation, operations, transportation, manufacturing, or service industry is preferred
Full proficiency in English is a must. Other languages, such as Spanish, German or French, are a plus
