• 10 – 12 years of progressive professional experience in ESG, sustainability, corporate reporting, or financial services.
• Ability to effectively engage with a variety of audiences, including senior management.
• Eagerness to learn and leverage best industry practices for corporate reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the sustainability reporting strategy for State Street.
• Engage with peers and monitor industry trends for sustainability reporting.
• Formulate and partner on the annual Sustainability Report strategy.
