Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of employee relations including handling disciplinaries and grievances.
• Understanding of sales or agency life.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Create relationships at all levels in the client group.
• Support managers on performance issues identified through the review process.
• Coach line managers on all people related issues.
• Ensure a seamless employee experience through collaboration with People Ops.
