Job summary

A leading technology company in Greater London seeks an experienced professional to develop and manage scalable strategies within the BytePlus ecosystem. This role demands a strong background of at least 5 years in enterprise sales or partnerships, focusing on building long-term business relationships globally. Candidates should have a proven track record of account management and skill in negotiating and managing partnerships. Flexibility to travel up to 50% is required, and a Bachelor's degree or higher is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Develop scalable BytePlus ecosystem strategy in industry vertical and/or product specialization while connecting to ByteDance ecosystem.
  • Establish long-term, productive, professional business relationships with global partners.
  • Work with cross‑functional teams to negotiate, build and manage the entire lifecycle of the partners under management.
  • Deploy customized partner enablement, programs and GTM to accelerate partner’s success with BytePlus.
  • Attain set KPI targets for the direction of focus areas including but not limited to revenue attainment, partner opportunities, and partner success related metrics.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of full-time experience in Enterprise sales and/or partnerships in the technology industry.
  • Experienced fast learner of new technology solutions across SaaS, PaaS and IaaS to identify suitable partnerships globally.
  • A track record of strategic account management and successfully leading and growing partnerships by upselling and building strong relationships with both internal and external teams.
  • Experience leading executive business plans and independently translating topline goals into an impactful business plan, prioritizing initiatives that will drive value for the partnership.
  • Experience in building product and business from 0‑1 and 1‑100 of in maturity.
  • Flexible to travel up to 50%.
  • Bachelor degree or above.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experienced in managing partnerships with SaaS and PaaS companies, Digital Native ecosystem (e.g gaming, social, web3, crypto), and FMCG, Retail & eCommerce agencies or platforms.
  • Understanding of LLM, AIML, and Cloud Infrastructure is a plus or a technical background would be beneficial for this role.

  • Experience in doing business in both International and China market.
