Job summary

A leading toy manufacturer in the City of London is seeking a Customer Service representative to support online sales and customer relationships. You will process orders, manage customer requests, and ensure a smooth customer journey while maintaining the brand's standards. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role and a passion for helping customers. Multilingual abilities and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a customer facing role, ideally B2B.
  • Proven experience in maintaining a high level of customer service and relationship building.
  • Ability to solve problems and open to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Answering and processing incoming customer requests via phone and email.
  • Processing and managing customer’s orders.
  • Ensuring customer information is updated and maintained on internal systems.
