Job Description

Sky, Europe’s leading entertainment brand, is expanding globally and requires a dynamic manager to design, implement, and optimise operational processes for our global workforce, including cross‑border workers and business travellers. As part of the London Reward function, you will report to the Group Head of Global Mobility and partner with the COE team to shape solutions that ensure consistent governance, compliance, and cost‑efficiency.

Who You Are

• Experienced Global Mobility Operational Manager with expertise in GM, Immigration, International Cross‑Border Working, and Short‑Term Business Travellers.
• Pro‑active and problem‑solving, with strong compliance, policy, and process skills.
• Skilled in supplier engagement and technology utilisation, driving process optimisation to deliver accurate compliance data.

What You’ll Do

• Accountable for operational governance and compliance across Global Mobility, Immigration, and International Working activities.
• Lead the team delivering transactional GM & Immigration activity, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of complex cases.
• Own immigration operational processes (RTW/Visa expiry), coordinating with Immigration COE for case resolution.
• Optimise core processes in partnership with Reward and Immigration COE, minimizing risk and improving efficiency.
• Align processes across People Services Operations for consistency and scalability, including payroll activity.
• Manage the global mobility finance and recharge process, ensuring accuracy and approval.
• Deliver actionable reporting and insights to support international projects and strategic decision‑making.
• Maintain up‑to‑date processes in line with Sky’s internal compliance requirements.

What You’ll Bring

• Deep knowledge of GM frameworks, UK & global immigration, and cross‑border compliance.
• Strong focus on customer service and operational excellence, with a standardised approach.
• Experience updating process documentation and delivering ongoing training for team alignment.
• Expertise in stakeholder management, operational leadership, business analysis, and end‑to‑end process mapping.
• Comfortable with HR & GM technology platforms for compliance and tracking.
• Excellent presentation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex concepts simply.
• Pro‑active, agile, and strong data analysis and reporting abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills, calm under pressure, and able to re‑prioritise quickly.
• Resilience, flexibility, and a strong team spirit, working openly and collaboratively.

The Global Mobility & Immigration team supports assignments and international working across multiple global locations, partnering with stakeholders and external partners to deliver end‑to‑end governance and compliance.
