A leading recruitment agency seeks a Global Marketing Manager to enhance brand governance and coordinate marketing across 10 international offices. In this full-time permanent role, you will manage the marketing calendar, ensuring high-quality content across social media and other channels while guiding global strategies for platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram. Strong B2B marketing experience, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to work across diverse cultures are essential. Hybrid working is offered, requiring just one day in the office per week.
We’re looking for a Global Marketing Manager to act as the connective tissue of a fast-moving, international marketing function.
This is a role for a highly organised brand guardian, someone who enjoys refining great creative work, bringing structure to complex global workflows, and ensuring a brand shows up consistently and credibly across every channel.
Working at the centre of a network of 10 international offices, you’ll coordinate global marketing activity, manage the marketing calendar, and act as the final quality checkpoint for content across social media and website channels. You’ll gather stories, case studies and imagery from local markets, shaping them into compelling global narratives that reflect the quality and creativity of the brand.
You’ll also guide the strategic direction of global LinkedIn and Instagram channels, balancing culture, thought leadership and project work, while monitoring performance and refining approach for global reach.
Internally, you’ll help connect and inspire teams worldwide, sharing great work, supporting leadership communications and ensuring knowledge travels across borders.
