Job summary

A leading defense technology firm in Tewkesbury is seeking a Head of Business Development & Sales to lead strategic growth initiatives within the Intelligence & Cyber International division. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development, particularly with the UK Government and defense sectors. Key responsibilities include driving sales efforts and supporting a team to meet ambitious targets. The position offers a hybrid model, competitive salary, and numerous employee benefits including a pension scheme and private medical insurance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of commercial & Business Development experience.
  • Experience working with UK Government, MoD, GCHQ.
  • Proven track record of developing winning business campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Business Development and Sales to achieve Annual Operating Plan.
  • Mentor and support the BD & Sales team.
  • Responsible for setting and achieving Business Unit’s P&L.
