Qualifications

• 2 years of FMCG experience ideally gained within the food industry.
• Ability to maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Experience in processing sales orders and customer queries.

Responsibilities

• Process domestic and international sales orders received via email or EDI.
• Resolve sales order queries and liaise with customers.
• Monitor and fix SAP idoc errors daily.
• Work closely with Finance Team & 3PL for account setups.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute to improvements.
