Job summary

A digital manufacturing solutions provider is looking for a Managing Partner & Chief Operating Officer (COO) to drive global operations and enhance delivery. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of leadership experience, including 5 years in a COO role and will be responsible for defining strategy, leading teams, and overseeing financial performance. This fully remote position offers a base salary of £150,000 - £200,000 along with a performance-based bonus. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience with 5+ years in an executive COO or equivalent role.
• Proven experience scaling operations in technology or professional services organizations.
• Experience leading global, fully remote teams.
