Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
  • Customer service experience (preferred but not essential).
  • Self-motivated, with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Attention to detail with a high level of communication skills is essential.
  • German Fluent speaker.
  • A passion to deliver the highest quality for our client’s customers.

Responsibilities

  • Answering calls from existing and new customers.
  • Proactively dealing with all queries relating to the business.
  • Taking orders and bookings via external and internal calls.
  • A professional approach with the ability to build rapport with each customer.
  • Demonstrating extensive knowledge on all product ranges.
  • Facilitating calls from B2B and B2C.
