Paying: £12.21 per hour

Temporary role - week to week

Shifts: 7.30am - 5.30pm (with 1-hour unpaid lunch)

Days: Monday - Friday - 7.30am - 5.30pm

HRGO Recruitment are seeking reliable and detail-oriented General Warehouse Picker/Packer Operatives to work in the purfleet, West Thurrock RM19 area.

Successful candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer specifications.
• Prepare goods for shipment, including labeling and palletizing.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure items are undamaged and correctly packed.
• Assist with loading/unloading deliveries and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment (training provided if required).
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred but not essential).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Physically fit and able to lift/move goods safely.
