Experience - You MUST have PREVIOUS experience working within construction along with owning yur own steal toe capped boots.

HRGO Recruitment are currently looking for experienced General semi skilled labour to work within a construction site in South West London SW3.

A semi-skilled laborer performs a variety of manual tasks in the construction and maintenance of buildings, grounds, or public works projects. This role involves working independently on simpler tasks or assisting skilled trades workers on more complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Preparation and Clean-Up:

  • Assist in setting up and cleaning construction sites.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of buildings and outdoor areas.
  • Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Assemble and disassemble scaffolding, ramps, and other temporary structures.:
  • Operate and care for construction equipment and machines.
  • Help skilled workers

Safety and Compliance:

  • Follow all site health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure a clean and safe work environment by removing hazards and disposing of waste materials.
Qualifications:
  • Previous construction experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (e.g., standing for long periods, lifting heavy loads up to 40 pounds).
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn from on-the-job training.
