• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or general management.
• 3+ years in a management/leadership role managing cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of P&L ownership and delivering profitable growth.
• Deep understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing landscapes.
• Strong commercial and analytical acumen.
• Experience leading and developing teams within a high-growth business.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
