Aramark UK is on the lookout for a dynamic General Manager to lead operations across one key site in Liverpool and 2 satellite sites (Bury and Preston). If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

About the Role

As General Manager, you’ll oversee catering, retail, and cleaning services across your main site at Liverpool, with 2 smaller catering only locations in Bury and Preston. You’ll have the responsibility of leading your teams, managing budgets, and ensuring top‑tier service delivery for our clients and customers.

  • Working hours: Primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work as required.
  • Security clearance: This role requires a DBS check and full security vetting. You must have lived in the UK for the past 5 years.

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as a General Manager in a similar setting (Hospitality or Retail).
  • Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Background in catering or retail management.
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills.
  • Ability to foster client relationships.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
