Qualifications

• A current Gas Safe qualification.
• One of the following qualifications; NVQ or SVQ in Engineering Maintenance and Installation in Plumbing, Heating and Ventilation Level 2 & 3.
• Previous trade experience in the relevant technical field.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Attend call outs to guest accommodation and general buildings around the village.
• Carry out tasks to resolve maintenance issues, reporting any defects.
• Undertake inspections and carry out planned preventative maintenance.
