A leading holiday resort provider in Warminster is looking for a Gas Safe Engineer to join the Technical Services team. Responsibilities include resolving maintenance issues at guest accommodations and assisting with general work. Ideal candidates will have a Gas Safe qualification and trade experience. We are looking to appoint a Maintenance Technician (Gas and Heating) to join our Technical Services team.
In this role, you will attend call outs to guest accommodation as well as general buildings around the village. You will carry out tasks to resolve maintenance issues, reporting any defects or issues which may cause future problems.
Other responsibilities will include undertaking inspections, carrying out planned preventative maintenance and assisting with any other general work as briefed by Technical Services Management.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills as you will regularly come into contact with both colleagues and guests.
Trade experience is essential for this role as technical knowledge will be required.

You will be contracted to work 160 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.
Shifts will fall between 8am and 10:30pm. As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include every other weekend, public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.
During the late shift you will be required to be 'on call' for any issues that may arise during out of hours working.
