• Undertake PPM, proactive and reactive works within set time frames.
• Provide a callout response as detailed on the callout rota.
• Undertake contractor control duties, monitoring workmanship.
• Ensure equipment and area conform to agreed standards.
• Evaluate performance and ensure proper servicing.
• Comply with Health & Safety legislation at all times.
