A leading healthcare technology firm is seeking passionate full-stack .NET C# Developers to be part of their dynamic team in Greater London. In this role, you will design and develop applications, collaborate with global teams, and contribute to projects that enhance NHS services. The position offers a salary banding between £60,000 and £68,000, highlighting progression and personal development within an inclusive culture.
We’re looking for passionate full‑stack .NET C# Developers to join our growing team at DrDoctor.
You will be a core member of the team, delivering new functionality for our products and continuously improving our tech stack. You will be involved in every stage of development, from designing technical approaches to problems, shifting our RabbitMQ-based system to Azure Service Bus to testing out the latest .NET releases.

We’d love to find someone who loves to collaborate and enjoys being in person. We operate a remote by default working approach but we do have a London office which we’d love to see you in as often as you can, although this isn’t mandatory.
We have lots of senior engineers at DrDoctor so there will be lots of people available to help you learn and grow from day 1!

As DrDoctor has grown, we are seeing more of our people wanting to socialise in different ways.
While we know that some of us love to go to the pub, we want to make sure we are including a wide variety of activities and events for our teams to enjoy each other’s company, we aim to continue creating an open space for anyone and everyone to suggest how they’d like to spend time with their teams.
We love a Summer and Christmas party and regular company/team socials and away days. In the past year or so, we have enjoyed AI Games, Agile Games, Terrarium Making, Wreath Making to name a few. We held various events for celebrations such as Holi Festival, International Women’s Day, Pancake Day and Pride celebrations and our Birthday!
Salary banding for this role is: £60,000 to £68,000
