Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key player, you will contribute to the development of innovative healthcare solutions that leverage technologies such as PHP Laravel, React, Typescript, SQL, serverless technologies, and ideally experience in .NET, FHIR, and HL7.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable, high‑performance healthcare applications.
  • Develop robust server‑side components using PHP and optional .NET containers.
  • Write and query SQL and NoSQL databases, focusing on performance, security, and clean design.
  • Design and implement object‑based and metadata storage approaches.
  • Input into all areas of the secure development lifecycle.
  • Maintain and improve existing applications.
  • Ensure compliance with FHIR and HL7 standards for interoperability with healthcare systems and APIs.
  • Craft APIs for web service development.
  • Apply strong regulatory framework knowledge when developing.
  • Implement front‑end solutions with Typescript, React, and create a responsive user experience; expose zero‑touch secure deployment strategy.
  • Leverage containerisation and serverless computing (Docker, Lambda, AWS native services).
  • Collaborate with DevOps, QA and other teams to implement version control with Git following an SDLC and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Exposure to mobile application development (Flutter) is a great advantage.
  • Expose OAuth, 2FA, IPD and understand multilayered security across the stack.
  • Experience with Jira sprint management.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer in a professional setting.
  • Solid expertise in PHP, Typescript, Node.js, and strong experience in SQL/NoSQL.
  • Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent teamwork ethic with good problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in FHIR and HL7 standards and development frameworks (Laravel, Angular, VueJS).
  • Experience developing APIs that function at scale across a distributed system.
  • Familiarity with API development (REST, Web API, WCF, SOAP).
  • Experience with .NET and containers is a benefit.
  • Familiarity with containerisation (Docker) running on serverless, serverless computing (Lambda) and cloud services.
  • Proficient with Git version control.
  • Experience following SDLC and clean understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience working in a startup environment.
  • Working knowledge of UX design principles.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Reliable, highly motivated, with a positive can‑do attitude.
