Qualifications

  • Proven experience working in a finance / accounts role.
  • Natural problem-solver with a passion for process improvement.
  • Experience in fuel, aviation, logistics or commodity trading is useful but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Raise daily purchase orders for fuel suppliers and record all fuel sales.
  • Generate and issue timely sales invoices and credit notes.
  • Produce daily confirmed sales reports and month-end accrual reports.
  • Maintain and update invoice trackers and reconciliation files using advanced Excel.
  • Conduct monthly fuel storage audits.
