Toloka is seeking a proactive and creative Freelance Social Media Manager to lead content strategy and execution across its Mindrift platform. This remote contract role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to shape the online presence of a growing AI-focused community.

Role Overview

You’ll take full ownership of Mindrift’s social media operations, from planning and content creation to analytics and optimization. The role involves managing daily activity across LinkedIn, Reddit, and Meta, and experimenting with new distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate monthly content with the marketing manager
  • Draft platform-specific text posts and adapt tone
  • Create visuals using Figma templates
  • Produce AI-generated visuals or videos (e.g. Runway, Pika, Midjourney)
  • Manage daily posting, monitoring, and engagement on LinkedIn, Reddit, and Meta
  • Explore and test new channels (e.g. YouTube Shorts, Substack)
  • Analyze performance data and prepare monthly reports
  • Recommend data-driven improvements to content and scheduling
  • Collaborate with external designers for advanced visuals when needed
Required Skills and Experience
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Reddit, and Meta algorithms and communities
  • End-to-end experience in content production and social media management
  • Proficiency in Figma and AI visual tools
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics
  • Fluent English with confident copy editing and tone alignment
