As the flexible workspace market continues to evolve, the company is looking to strengthen its profile, build its reputation and increase visibility across digital and editorial channels.
The business is seeking a freelance PR consultant to develop and deliver a creative communications strategy focused on:
Reputation building across property, business and workplace media
Digital PR and SEO visibility, including quality backlinks and mentions in high-authority outlets
Thought-leadership, through reports, trend pieces and white papers
Media engagement, securing press coverage, commentary and interviews
Develop and implement a PR plan aligned with the company’s brand and growth objectives
Create compelling story angles and campaigns to secure regular coverage
Lead ideation for original content — white papers, insight reports and press materials
Draft and distribute press releases, features and opinion pieces
Build and nurture relationships with journalists and key media outlets
Support spokesperson opportunities and media interviews
Track and report on coverage, links and SEO impact
5+ years’ experience in PR and communications, ideally with property, real-estate, workplace or B2B service clients
Strong journalist network and proven record in securing coverage
Confident developing both traditional and digital PR campaigns
Knowledge of SEO and how PR can drive online visibility
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in British English
Self-starter comfortable working remotely and managing priorities independently
PR strategy and campaign plan
Content and media calendar
2 major content assets (e.g. report or white paper)
Regular press coverage and digital PR placements
Monthly performance report
