K42 is building the next-generation commerce platform—making retail programmable and turning real-time transaction data into an entirely new industry. We need a Founder’s Associate to work shoulder-to-shoulder with our founder and make them faster, sharper, and more effective.

This is a full-time role with an “always-on” edge—regular hours plus ad-hoc support when deals, flights, or crises pop up. You’ll handle both the personal and professional sides of the founder’s life, from calendar chaos to boardroom prep. Your job: amplify the founder so the company can move at full speed.

What You’ll Do

• Keep the founder one step ahead: manage schedules, travel, priorities, and personal logistics without being asked.
• Plan and join international travel, investor meetings, and partner events.
• Handle confidential information with total discretion and sound judgement.
• Jump into side projects—research, competitor deep dives, market mapping—where quick thinking and independence count.
• Smooth out daily friction so the founder can focus on building the business.
