Food Production Operatives

We want hard‑working, reliable people to join Direct Table Foods in Bury St Edmunds.

Hours and Pay

Shift: 2.30 pm to 11 pm, Monday‑Friday.
Pay: £12.36 per hour.
Overtime (after 40 hour week) paid time and a half.

Role Responsibilities

• Previous experience in a food production environment is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.

Entry‑level position with opportunity for progression to roles such as Team Leader, Department Supervisor or transfers to technical, quality control, office or warehouse teams.
