Responsibilities

• Work along the New Product Development critical path, trialling new products.
• Ensure correct testing is done to meet food safety and quality standards.
• Guide other teams in new product development processes.
• Check ingredients against quality and HACCP requirements.
• Ensure paperwork and packaging meet necessary legislation.
