The Role

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our F&B outlets; maintaining high standards of quality, and maximising guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the day‑to‑day operations across all our F&B outlets.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the F&B team, ensuring they are motivated, trained, and equipped to deliver outstanding service.
  • Oversee the setup and preparation of dining areas, ensuring they are clean, organised, and properly stocked with supplies.
  • Monitor service standards to ensure efficient and attentive service delivery, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of menus, promotions, and special events to drive revenue and enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain inventory levels and control costs by minimising waste and implementing effective stock rotation procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and licensing laws at all times.
  • Handle guest enquiries, complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner, striving to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Kitchen, Housekeeping, Membership and Front Office, to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards in all F&B areas.
  • Ensure team members are working flexibly to meet business requirements, across all F&B areas, moving between outlets to cover business peaks or breaks.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and performance management of food and beverage staff, conducting regular evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a Hotel or Members’ Club setting.
  • Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of F&B operations, including service skills and cost control.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, multitask, and prioritise tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
  • Personal licence holder (preferred but not essential).
