A hospitality company in Exeter is seeking a Bar and Restaurant Supervisor to oversee guest services within their restaurant and bar. The hotel sits within an iconic building, formerly an Eye Infirmary, with historic walled gardens and striking architecture.

Rate of Pay: Up to £13.50 (inc. TRONC) plus generous company benefits, training & development
Contract: Permanent / Full Time / 40hrs per week
Location: Exeter
As the face of the restaurant and bar within the hotel, you will help control the flow of guests, communicate with the kitchen and management team, and ensure a smooth and controlled dining experience. You will already have懸 experience working within a busy restaurant and/or bar and be looking for the next step in your career.
The hotel is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You will need to work a range of shifts and days – typically busier during evenings and weekends, but shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at interview. Flexibility is essential.
