Job summary

A luxury hospitality group is seeking a Food & Beverage Graduate for a full-time role at Coworth Park Hotel. This fixed-term programme of one year includes rotations and leadership training to enhance your culinary career in an inclusive environment. What you'll do
  • Our Food & Beverage Ultimate Leaders will join us for 12 months, where they will do 2 rotations for a period of 6 months each.
  • During their programme, our graduates will have a dedicated mentor from the business, to support and guide the start of their career with us.
  • Throughout the 12 months, our graduates will take part in key leadership training, learning about leadership styles, feedback, personality types and more, all to support their development with us.
  • We also know what it takes to achieve ambition. Which is why we will invest in you; helping you to push boundaries and strive for more than you ever thought you could achieve.
  • You will be responsible for assisting the food service within one of our food and beverage outlets to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
  • You’ll also have the opportunity to work in different departments, experiencing varying styles of service and guest requirements, working towards supervisor level.
  • Our values of Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day. As a Food and Beverage Graduate you’ll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacy.
  • You will gain knowledge of all the food and beverage products within your assigned department, in order to communicate offerings to our guests.
  • The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a Food and Beverage Graduate, but we’ll make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.

  • Degree qualified in hospitality management or an equivalent degree preferable, however applicants with passion and superb work experience are encouraged to apply!
